Keep face dry and perform hand hygiene before taking a mask out

Position the elastic bands around both ears

Extend the mask to fully cover mouth, nose and chin. Make sure there are no gaps between your face and the mask

Pull the ear band behind your ear and adjust the ear band. And mould the nose clip over nose bridge

Cover your mask with both hands and check the tightness of the mask
